If you are here, you have come to the right place for everything related to buying a home, selling a home, renting a home AND most important, if you feel like you know absolutely nothing about any of those things!

Not only can I help you with anything of these things, I can EDUCATE you on how you can do ANY of those things with the right advocate. I am especially helpful with those who may have a disability or any kind of intimidation working with a real estate agent. As an agent, I have dealt with many agents who simply think the rules do not apply to them. Rules that center around the fair housing act to protect those who may need it. The number one discriminatory thing in housing is having a disability. Outrageous but true. There are landlords and even sellers at times who will say that they prefer to sell or rent to what their idea is of a family as if it is their right to do so and there are agents who will champion their clients cause and stahl until they get other offers or request unnecessary information or in renting situations, try to demand more than two months security deposit to consider working with someone who they simply do not trust or because they have some kind of a disability. A demand that is ILLEGAL to make in the state of Maryland. I also work as a certified life coach with a mental health rehabilitation service so my passion revolves around helping those in need of any age with housing and other kinds of assistance.

These days, everything is online and that includes Real Estate. Whatever your situation, it is likely you will need, or need access to, an online portfolio of the property or access to it to take a look inside and then beyond that, you may need help getting prequalified, submitting an offer or an application. These are things an agent can make MUCH easier at no up front cost to you and for low percentages of a final sale that also are at no out of pocket cost to you. An agent does help makes things smoother and assures that no time is wasted if you end up wanting to get your property on the market and/or visit a property in person.

Give me a call (301-326-8876)or an email if you are interested in discussing your real estate needs. I am here to help!
